Spaniels that have found their new forever homes during this month

TILLY (was Angel)

TILLY (was Angel)

Angel is a 2 1/2 year old liver & white springer. Her family has an autistic daughter who has meltdowns and throws things. This terrifies Angel. Angel is good with other dogs but has not lived with a cat. She pulls quite a lot on the lead but her recall is generally good. She travels well in the car and is good if left home alone for an hour or two.

MARLEY

MARLEY

Marley is an 11 year old red working type cocker spaniel. His family are at present living in temporary accommodation that is a lot smaller than Marley is used to and he has taken a dislike to the cats that he has always lived with. He is good with people and other dogs when out walking and is used to the visiting grandchildren. His recall is good when he is off lead and he pulls a bit at the start of a walk as he really enjoys his walks. He travels well in the car and can be left for short periods home alone.

Marley has been treated for E. coli since coming to CAESSR. He has arthritis in both knees and hip dysplasia on one side and his kidneys are not in good state.

BUTTONS

BUTTONS

Buttons is a 4 year old chocolate working type cocker spaniel. She needs a new home as her owner has health issues. Buttons has been living with the owner's parents for the last year but they can't meet her energetic needs. Buttons also barks a lot and is disturbing the neighbours. She is used to children and other dogs but has no cat experience. She is quite good on the lead. When off lead she is easily distracted by ducks and birds. She travels well in the car and can get a bit anxious if left home alone.
