We rehomed Robbie (Scooby) from you in December 2010. He was a real character: getting under the feet when preparing food; loving tennis balls and not giving them back; and always having to be in front on group walks. In later life he suffered from arthritis but still managed his daily walks but very slowly. Sadly last Sunday, August 4th, we knew the time had come when he collapsed on his short morning walk.

Thank you CAESSR for bringing Robbie into our lives, he will be sorely missed by all the family and our local dog agility club

It’s with deep sorrow that I have to tell you that our beloved Springer Spaniel, Trigger was home euthanised 4 weeks ago. Trigger lost control of his back legs and was unable to stand. He was an amazing dog and loved by all the family and we miss him terribly. He was 11 yrs 1 month old.

The photograph above is how I aim to remember him, loving life and full of energy.

Many thanks for finding Trigger for us; he was made for us.

TAMMY

We had to say goodbye to Tammy a couple of weeks ago. She was walking 3 miles a day and eating well until a few days before, but she became very unwell in the last few days, the vet did wonder if there was something else going on as well as the cushings as she had lost an awful lot of weight.

She has left a very large Tammy shaped

hole in our hearts. She was such a character!

Thank you for choosing us to give her her forever home and for giving her the operation which meant she lived to the grand old age of 13, she would have been 14 in September.

Just to let you know how grateful and honoured we are to have been offered Jake, a 10.5 month old working cocker spaniel in March 2016.

He has brought us so much joy over the years and today is so sad as we had to say a final goodbye to our beautiful boy due to increasing neurological problems.

Not a bad bone in his body he made us laugh with his antics. We will miss him soooo much 😢

We just wanted to let you know of the heartbreaking news that we had to say goodbye to our wonderful Springer Archie last week. We fell on our feet when we rehomed Archie from CAESSR in January 2011 and in the time since have been on many wonderful adventures together. Archie, who was loved and adored by everyone who met him, passed away peacefully after 15 ½ fun-packed years.

He was the best decision we ever made.
