Dear Ian and Di,
I just wanted to write to let you (and his previous owners) know how Rufus is getting on.
We adopted this gorgeous boy 12 months ago after losing our beloved cocker spaniel Buddy. He couldn’t have come in to our lives at a better time and we are so grateful for him. He is the most sweet natured, friendly boy and we all love him so much.
He comes everywhere with us. He enjoyed his holidays in Tiegnmouth and the Lake District last year, he loves a swim wherever he finds water! We go for walks everyday and try to let him run off lead whenever possible as he just loves fetch (we have two tennis balls on the go!)
Please pass on our thanks to his previous owners who I know were devastated to give him up. He was obviously very loved and they did a wonderful job with his training. We have continued with that and the children love doing ‘roll over’ tricks! Mind you Rufus would do almost anything for a treat!
He truly is part of our family and we couldn’t imagine our lives without him, he’s wonderful.
I’ve included a few photos of his adventures from the past year. I hope this lets his previous owners know how much fun he has brought us and hopefully we have brought him.
Kindest regards
Claire
Hi Ian
>A big thank you to all at CAESSR for allowing me to adopt another cocker after recently losing my beautiful boy Coco.
Sweep is settling in great and I look forward to many happy years taking care of him. He’s already showing his funny character after only one day.
Some photos just got cuteness.
