Hello Ian,Di and John.

This is me,Belle on my 6th birthday last Friday. I've been so busy and had so much fun I can't believe I've been with my new Mum and Dad for 12months. I keep them so busy but I know they enjoy all my antics and love of life.

I heard mention of holiday soon . Lovely as that usually means beach!

Best wishes to you all,

Love

Belle.

Hi Ian,

Luna is doing fantastically well and loving life.

She's an amazing little dog and SO smart.

She slept through the night in her crate after only 3 nights- no barking or crying.

Her recall is fantastic ( so far) She has already learned to come and sit to 3 blasts on the whistle even if she's playing with other dogs. She started off on a long line with my dog walker but her recall was so good she now runs free with the other dogs. She has two walks a day- one in Black Park a Forest -at 10am with her new chums and another either in the local park or Windsor Great Park in the evening. She loves the water and swimming.

She is fantastic with other dogs- she's been brilliant with us. We had a few little grumbles initially in the first week over the sofa and she is still fearful of strangers and particularly younger children, pushchairs and bikes but with the help of Karen we're working on that.

She's on a raw probiotic diet and is looking incredibly fit- she's put on healthy weight. She loves my dog walker (and close friend) who she stays with on the two mornings I Work.

I am going to start puppy training with her in August. She knows Sit, wait, leave it and off and of course come. She recognised her new name in a couple of days.

I've decided I'm going to do agility with her rather than the gun dog training as my friends all do agility.

Reassure the family she's very happy and is very loved already by everyone.

Kind regards,

Sue and Luna

Hello

Thank you for your email.

Well, I think Jake is just about out of his teenage adolescent stage.

Everyone says how gorgeous he is, not only in looks but in temperament.

As with all spaniels it has taken a lot of work and dedication to train him. We're not quite there yet but he has learnt so much.

I hope to take him to agility classes and he enjoys 'brain games' every day and the wonderful walks we go on locally.

He brings joy and laughter to our household.

I've attached a photo of Jake with my daughter's dog Holly.

Best wishes

Dawn

Hi All at CAESSR

just wanted to let you know that Bella a blue roan cocker spaniel we adopted from you about November 2013 is hearty and well.

We would like to thank you for allowing us to have her in our lives as she truly is one of the family and then some. She has always been a good little girl even in the car on the way home from your kennels and has made our lives complete.

I am both happy and sad to hear you have a backlog of adopters as we are thinking of adopting another as a companion to her as she is now getting a little old but such is life perhaps you could put me on your mailing list in case the situation changes as we are in no rush as yet

Yours Neil

Hi John and Di

Just thought I would give you an update on Lottie (formerly Heidi) and you will find several photos of her - one with her pal "monkey" and one of Lottie in the plant box - I think its the sun she likes. She loves her toys especially "monkey". She is forever washing it - so much so that monkey spends a lot of time pegged out by his ears on the washing line. Lottie has taken to collecting her toys and putting them in the bushes and I spend a lot of time on my hands and knees recovering them for her.

She is settling in very well and loves her walks, playing with the grandchildren and being out in the garden with me. I have had no problems leaving her for short periods. I have not yet let her off the lead but I hope todo so by the end of July.

Everyone who has met her wants to take her home with them - so thank you very much for letting me have her. I am sure I will be in contact with John when he needs me to do a home visit.

Regards to you all

Jenny and Lottie

HI Di and Ian

Ted has settled brilliantly and is now used to a busy dairy farm of cows, tractors and some horses etc.

He gets on well with our 4 cats and is really friendly with the youngest one.

As you can see he loves to swim and fetch a stick and run for joy on our farm land.

Best wishes

Hello Di,

Barney left for his new home way back in November and I still check the site for news and have been rewarded with another update and photos sent from his very kind and thoughtful owner.

It was lovely to see him in such fine fettle and I do hope that you may be able to pass on our thanks and very best regards,

Anne.
