Hi Di,

I know you wanted a photo of Bono so here it is. Was difficult to get him to stay still long enough for a photo!

He's settling in really well here and seems happy coming with me to work. Also gets on very well with my parents dog who he visits often.

Really happy with him, thank you for letting me have him!

Kind Regards

Hi Ian and Di,

I have attached a picture of Mollie and Walter who we adopted last weekend. They have both settled in so well has you can see in the photo. They are loving their walks in the woods and enjoying their new adventures chasing after squirrels.

At the moment they are taking a nap before we got out for the afternoon walk,we have our niece Megan here for the weekend and they will not leave her alone. they are both very generous with their kisses and love snuggling up to us in the evening.

Its so lovely having them both here our home has come alive again with love.

Thanks to you both for making it possible

Dear John,

As you have been aware Danny has a problem with one of his paws, and has recently seen the vet quite often. Our latest visit involved the vet taking a sample from the ‘lump’ on his paw. When we was returned to me I noted a mark on his head which I thought at the time to be some blood spilt during the taking of the sample.

Upon my return home I took a closer look and realised that my amazing pup has acquired yet another fan, on his head was not blood but pink lipstick! Another conquest to this irrepressible dog who’s fan club just keeps on growing!

The lump? The vet is hopeful, from her initial look at the sample she took, that it is nothing more than a cyst.

Thanks and best regards

Hi All

Just a short note - these pictures are of Bella today her first real run off the lead since she had the stitches out.

As you can see she had a great time.

Hi,

We collected "Eddie and Tilly" on Monday 16 June 2014 who had been found tag-less and chip-less in the South of England. It was love at first sight and we just knew that they would fit into our family from the start. Penny & Ruby were waiting at home totally oblivious of the new arrivals and it was a bit of a shock at first but they have all settled down really well.

Poor Eddie was really quite poorly at first and he spent his first week with us at the vet's everyday due to sickness and tummy troubles. However, the medication worked a treat and touch wood he has been fine since then.

The settling in period was pretty smooth apart from them chewing the kitchen lino, eating soil, socks, tea towels and apples that fall off our tree!! However, we are happy to say that all but eating the apples has stopped now and the only conclusion we can come to for the behaviour in the first place was them being "a wee bit anxious" but not anymore.

We knew these two were "runners" so once they settled down into their new home and were no longer seeing the vet & chewing anything not nailed down, we booked them on a 6 week 1-2-1 training course with a local, well respected dog trainer. Recall and lead work being our main priorities. We initially thought that Tilly was the instigator and was leading Eddie a stray however nearly three months on it is actually Eddie - His lead work and recall is to put it bluntly shocking (of course its always our fault as far as Fitz (the trainer) is concerned).

Tilly however has come on in leaps and bounds and we feel safe letting her off the long lead now and she's always looking for us and responds well to the dog whistle. Poor Eddie is still on the long lead but one day he may too run free and do what springer's do best .....

They are without any prejudice whatsoever, the most beautifully natured, loving dogs we are looking forward to sharing the years to come with them.

Kind Regards,

Hallo All

We had a long drive home on Wednesday but Bella did very well, it has taken her no time at all to settle in, she seems a little pre-occupied with food, typical springer! We had a walk to the Vet on Thursday morning just to get her weight checked to sort out her food no problem otherwise.

She has an abundance of energy but until she has had her stitches out next Thursday she is only on the lead, how frustrating is that. She has had a look today at the adjacent river and the local cows which will be the next big adventure.

We think she is a lovely dog and we are very happy with her and we hope she will be with us. She spent the afternoon playing with our grandson in the garden, it was difficult to say who was the most tired afterwards.

We will send part two next week when she has had a good run out and about off the lead.

Regards
