Dear Ian, and our fundraising friends at CAESSR,

We are delighted to let you know, that having taken Teddy down to the cardiology hospital in Birmingham today, he has put on weight and he’s performing well, and the special scan of his heart shows that the operation to open up the very tight and damaged heart valve that threatened his life, remains a success. He needs to continue on his medication over the next year, but he is thriving as a lovely dog who has been given a wonderful chance.
Thanks to all those who care at this charity.
It was a huge relief to Rachel and I that he’s made such good progress but all of our instincts, when we see a dog every day so happy in amongst his new family, were that we hoped all would be well. He is now back home again after his adventures on a day out, has recovered from the anaesthetic needed to undertake the detailed scanning, and is tucking into a well earned bowl of chicken. We are so pleased to let you know all is well.
All love,
Rowan and Rachel
