Hi,
Just thought I'd send you some photos of Ralphie. He has settled in so well with us here in Sheffield.

He loves his balls - especially the bright lit up one for walks on those dark evenings and early mornings. He still likes to bring a blanket to welcome us home. He is feeling very familiar in our local park now and enjoys meeting new dogs to say hello before returning to play with his ball. He is already an important part of our family.
Thanks
Bridget and Martin
Hello Di and Ian
Just to let you know Annie seems to be settling in just fine.
Patrick adores her, she is a lovely dog, she is putting on a little weight and getting fitter and stronger, and her coat is now shinny.
We are enjoying our morning walks on the Quantock Hills, though Annie usually has more bounce and energy at the end of the walk than she did at the beginning ( I do not!). She pays no attention to sheep nor deer.
She has her manic moments and charges round our small garden, so far she has tried to jump 2 roses bushes and not made it - but no harm done to Annie nor the roses. We are hoping to enlarge our garden soon and in the mean time visit friends with larger secure gardens/orchard.
She has met our local vet-who went through the report from Stoke and gave follow up injection. We are working on 4 basic commands using hand signals, she is learning fast.
So far so good.
Thank you all
Julie
Hi Ian,
Zeus, now Chester, is doing really well. Settled in pretty much straight away. We get him out walking daily, he’s very good off the lead and responds well to voice commands and a whistle when we want him to come back. He’s very lucky as he’s very rarely left alone at home which he likes! We’ve introduced to lots of different places to walk him, he will be coming on his first holiday with us next summer. He is the most lovely beautiful dog and we are very grateful to yourselves that we’ve been able to give him a forever home. We took him for his first haircut a couple of weeks back, we miss his fury feet! However at the moment with the boggy walking conditions it’s probably best! We are looking forward to our first of many Christmas’s with him.
I shall attach some pictures. Hope you are both well.

He’s pictured below with my mum and dads dog they both get on well, and we often go out walking together.
Kind Regards

Hi Di/Ian,
Jasper (was Bandit) is still very happy and is now attending doggie daycare – not because he’s home alone, but he’s having a day a week in the house of a local dog trainer, where he is socialising with other similar nuisances (!!) ... Once the novelty of other dogs has worn off a bit (next week in fact) they are going to start his off-lead training with us.

He’s very settled and happy now and is ruling our household and lives with an iron paw, as you can see from this couple of shots of him with his new Christmas bone, this afternoon!!!
I thought you might like to pass them onto his old owner.
Very best wishes for the upcoming season (Jasper will be spending it at the seaside, in Whitby!).

Meg is brilliant now when we're out walking, she's very obedient and is now learning some hand signals. She does enjoy rolling in Fox and dog poo which can be pretty revolting! She's very sociable and loves being out with other dogs.
All in all i think we're getting there, she is definitely loved by all the family. I am going to try to attach some photo's ( i am a bit of a technophobe)!
I will keep in touch.
Yours Fran
Hi

Just a quick email to give you an update on Rufus. He has settled in very well eating O.K. and this morning I let him off the lead for our walk in the woods needless to say he really enjoyed himself. He is loved by all the family and I can assure you he will have a lovely life with 2 long walks a day good food and lots of love. He will be taken care of.
Best wishes
Roy
Hello Ian and Diana
Annie is settling in well she is a lovely gentle dog and full of energy when awake.
She likes the quantock hills for walks and has visited mums garden once where she can run off the lead it's not a big garden but she can but up a bit of speed before she gets to the fence.
We both still have lots to learn but we are enjoying her company.
Thank you all
Julie
Hi folks - Barney here
Just a note to keep in touch and let you know I’m ok. In fact I’m very ok.
Had a couple of problems this year. A nasty bug got me and, later on some paralysis to the side of my face. It mystified the vet(Palsy in humans he said).
Anyway, it didn’t stop me eating! Just left me with a very slight droopy lip. I’m now A1 and fit as a fiddle.
Life is much the same - toys, balls, three walks a day, food and games in the garden.
Season’s greetings and many licks to everybody
Barney
Hi Ian
Just an update on Daisy, now known as Amber. I thought a new forever home, why not a change of name.
We are getting to know each other and settling into a new routine, meeting new dogs, places, and people. A nice friendship is begining to develop with my 4yr old grandson.

Amber has been with us for one week and is very keen to learn and it appears she has come into season, so I will be in touch for her to be spayed.
Amber is a lovely little lady.
Kind regards
