Hi

Just wanted to send you an update and photo’s of Ringo now he has settled into our home.

He is a lovely dog. Quite a character. First thing in the morning he likes to go outside to check for the next doors cat. His first walk is mainly a cat alert walk. He likes his food and has started to tell us when he wants to go out for the toilet although we do still have one or two accidents in the night. If we go out he likes to sit in the bay window watching the world go by or mainly for cats, which sends him crazy. We take him for 3 walks a day with long off the lead ones at the weekend. His pulling on the lead has improved with a change of collar and his recall is improving now he has got to know us. We have ordered a whistle to aid this. Doesn’t seem too interested in other dogs when out but friendly enough if he meets some. He likes his cage but prefers the sofa.

All in all he is fitting in perfectly and has got us back out in the fresh air daily walking with him. Please reassure his previous owner he has settled beautifully. I’ve attached some photo’s of him but my daughter has also set him up his own Instagram page if he wants to follow him along with 700+ others. Cockerspanielringo

Good evening Ian.

Thought I'd send you a little update on Buster for the website.

He's settled in really nicely now. He's absolutely spotless around the house, and eating two decent meals a day (plus treats).

We take him to an enclosed park in Hambleton to let him exercise off the lead, and practice his recall, which is improving all the time.

He has a lot of association with other dogs on a group walk we take him on regularly, and he's amazing around other dogs and strangers, which we're really pleased with.

He's loved, adored, and never ignored - and to be honest, we think he knows what side his bread is buttered. Ha ha ha

Dylan is doing grand and is very happy. 

He is a challenge on the lead but we are getting there with the help of Katie our trainer.

We took him to Norfolk last week and he loves the beach at Wells. 

He is a bit whiny as the evening draws in but settles and sleeps well.

Loves his food.

We love him to bits with all his foibles.
