Dear Di,
I hope this letter finds you and all at CAESSR well.
Arthur is now 13.5 years old. He is in good shape and for much of the time bounds around like a two year old. He has grown in confidence over the last year and feels more secure. He plays more and has got used to being handled. Overall he is more affectionate - often wanting a stroke or a tickle. I think he is very contented.
Wishing you all every good wish of the Season.
Yours sincerely
Richard
Hello to John, Di and all the team at CAESSR.
Just thought you might like an update on our Black & Tan cocker spaniel Roxy, we got her from you a year last April, 2017, she immediately settled with us and is a delightful loving and affectionate little dog who is much loved by us and her extended family.
Last November, on the advice of our vet, she had a cruciate ligament repair operation, as she had developed a limp over the summer. She's been absolutely fine since, having her daily walks, but not a fan of running a great deal! Perhaps she was not used to that in her previous life. However the vet says not to worry as she's happy and healthy.
We changed her name slightly to Rosie, thought it was much nicer and is suits her! But on all official paperwork she remains Roxy.
Wishing you all a Happy Christmas and best wishes for 2019.
Maureen
